Become a Liberty Approved Supplier

Competitive Electric Suppliers/Brokers

Step 1:

Please fill out our NH Supplier Application and email to NHCEPS@libertyutilities.com.

If you have and questions regarding this application please contact Miriam Padron Pecenkovic at 562-417-1415.

Step 2:

A Competitive Energy Supplier Service Agreement will then be emailed to you, please print 2 copies of the Agreement and have an authorized signatory sign both copies.

Print and have an authorized signatory sign the:

Include the Business Initiation Fee check in the amount of $500.00 made payable to Liberty Utilities (Granite State Electric) Corp.

Mail both original copies of the Agreement, the EDI Pre-testing Worksheet, the W-9 and the Business Initiation Fee check to:

Step 3:

Attend an Electric Supplier Training Session. To register, please contact Miriam Padron Pecenkovic at 562-417-1415 or email NHCEPS@libertyutilities.com.

Step 4:

Visit the New Hampshire Public Utilities Commission website to view the Competitive Electric Power Supplier Rules*. Registration and Notice of Intent should be directed to the New Hampshire Public Utilities Commission.
