What to Expect
Electric Customers:
We are currently watching the path of a storm scheduled to hit Liberty's service area over the weekend and into Monday, Feb. 17. Liberty electric crews, as well as additional contractor crews, will be ready to respond to any outages that may occur.
If you experience a power outage, please report it by calling 855-349-9455 or by using the online form located in the My Account portal.
Remember to stay at least 30 feet away from low hanging or downed power lines, even if you do not think they are live. Report them to us right away using the phone number listed above.

Utility workers cannot operate bucket trucks in elevated winds or adverse weather conditions. Poor weather conditions could cause an employee to come into contact with flying debris or lose control of materials or equipment, posing a risk to themselves and the public. As soon as our crews are able to do so safely, we will be out in the field working on getting our customers back up and running.
