Available to qualified residential customers. 

You may be eligible for “Special Protection” from termination of service. Your service cannot be shut off if you meet certain eligibility requirements. Information in the form includes:

• Age 65 and Older Protection Certification Form
• Doctor Certification Form

How to Apply

Eligibility enrollment forms for Special Protections are sent to customers once a year. You may also apply for this program through our Contact Center.
